Apply settings to all your sites at once

Update: July 26, 2026

Do you manage a lot of review sites and want to give them all the same settings? Instead of editing each site one by one, you can set everything up on one site and then copy those settings to as many of your other sites as you like — in one go.

How does it work?

Open Edit Review Site and pick the site you want to use as your example. Set it up exactly how you want it and click Save changes. You will now see an extra button next to Save changes: Also apply to other sites…

Clicking it opens a window with two lists. On the left you tick which settings to copy — pick just one (for example only “Show cookie warning”) or several, or use Select all settings. On the right you tick which of your other sites should receive them; you can search your sites and use Select all sites. When you confirm, only the ticked settings are copied to the sites you selected.

This works on three tabs. Each shows only its own settings, so you always copy exactly what you pick:

  • Review Settings — how reviews and comments work (approving, confirming, ratings, and so on).
  • Miscellaneous Settings — the general on/off options such as cookie notice, showing the privacy/terms/FAQ/contact pages, search, buttons, noindex and link settings.
  • Appearance — colours, sidebar, front page blocks, navigation and other layout options.

What is not copied?

Things that are unique to each site are never copied, so you cannot overwrite them by accident. That means your domain name, logo, favicon, page texts, social media accounts, postback/tracking URLs and reCAPTCHA keys always stay as they are on each individual site.

Made a mistake? Undo it

Right after applying, a bar appears at the top of the settings page showing how many sites were changed, with an Undo bulk action button. Clicking it restores those sites exactly to how they were before — so you can always try it out safely.
