ReviewTycoon automatically screens incoming consumer reviews, replies and contact-form messages for spam using AI, so you spend less time moderating and your visitors don't see junk.
What happens to spam
When a new review or reply comes in, it is checked automatically. If it looks like spam it is hidden from your site straight away and moved to a separate Spam tab, instead of your normal moderation queue. Genuine reviews and replies land in the usual queue as before.
Where to find it
On the Approve Reviews, Approve Replies and Article Comments screens you'll see a Spam tab with a counter next to your normal list. Open it now and then to check that nothing genuine was caught by mistake.
Contact-form messages
Messages sent through the contact form on your review sites arrive as support tickets in your inbox. These are screened too: suspected spam is filed under a Spam section on your Support Tickets page, keeping your inbox clean.
Nothing is deleted automatically — spam is only hidden and set aside, so you always stay in control.
