Choose a template for your review site

Update: July 27, 2026

Your review site's look and feel is determined by its template. Until now every site used the same template; you can now choose between multiple templates per site — and more will follow.

How does it work?

Open Edit Review Site, pick the site you want to change and go to the Appearance tab. At the top you will find the Template gallery. Every template card has a Preview on your site link: this opens your own live site with the selected template, so you can see exactly how it looks with your content — your visitors will not notice anything until you save.

Happy with what you see? Select the template and click Save changes at the bottom of the page. The new template is live immediately. You can switch back to your previous template at any time, in the same way — nothing about your content, settings or SEO changes when you switch.

Your colors stay yours

Templates work together with your existing Appearance settings: your logo, your link/button colors and your color scheme are applied to every template. So switching templates changes the design (cards, buttons, typography, header), not your branding.

About the Beta label

Templates marked beta are ready to use, but we are still improving them — details of their design may change over time. The Classic template is and stays the default.

Many sites?

If you manage multiple review sites you can apply a template to many sites at once: the template is included in Apply settings to all your sites at once.

Templates that manage some settings

Some templates are designed for a specific layout and therefore manage a few appearance settings themselves. For example, the Content template is designed without a sidebar, so it turns the sidebar off automatically. When this applies, you will see a note on the Appearance tab listing exactly which settings are set by your template. Your own choices are never lost: they simply apply again as soon as you switch to another template.
